1 star is giving more credit then due. Was an old family friend. Herb was nice enough to take care of our car during an insurance claim. We requested him because he was needing the work and wanted to help a friend. He quoted to the insurance company to replace the bumper, fix a few things mechanically behind the bumper and repaint. They approved for several thousand (raising our insurance rates) and he was nice enough to bondo the existing bumper, paint it gloss black (which did not match our cars paint) and add a few dings, scratches and a broken side view mirror. All of which he admitted to until his girlfriend came outside in a rant and refused to take blame for it. Her 10-11 year old followed right behind her who was playing in the shop. Nothing has ever been resolved and the bumper which he said he would warranty is now cracked and falling apart which of course he will do nothing with. If he is willing to do this to an old family friend what do you think he will do to your vehicle...
